Smooth Lips Forever

To get cracked lips in the winter with a lot of dry skin around my lips as well. The first time this happened this winter I had this lip balm. I put it on my lips and around my lips and in a day or two it was healed. Now that I use it every day, I have not had any dry or cracked lips. And we have had single digit and negative degree temperatures. This is a wonderful product and I will always use it from now on thank you so much.

Great Product

This is my favorite lip balm. Unfortunately, I thought I was buying the variety pack and I got all the same flavor. I've reached out to customer service four times. I like the product, but the customer service response is non-existent. This is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.
